I am a passionate advocate for breaking down cultural, social, and economic barriers and am committed to building bridges between China, North America, and beyond. From a young age, I have been driven to address global challenges and inspire positive social change in the world around me. With a degree in Commerce and Visual Arts, I embody a unique perspective that combines the problem-solving skills of business with the design sensitivity of the art world.
Currently embarking on a master’s degree in strategic communication with Columbia University, I thrive on building connections between people and working towards the common good. I bring my leadership skills and optimistic outlook to the worlds of philanthropy, social entrepreneurship, government relations, and business strategy. In all areas of life, I take advantage of opportunities to introduce the concepts of balance and harmony to foster collective well-being.

Established key relationships with UN Women, headquartered in New York, leading to the world's first International Conference on Gender Equality and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by UN Women, as well as the launch of the 'HeForShe' global campaign in China.
Pay It Forward series
Produced a series of short films highlighting community members' stories of "paying it forward" to encourage community connection and local philanthropy.
The Inkaterra Tea Project
Built a cultural bridge & social enterprise between the National Tea Museum of China & the Inkaterra Association in Peru, with the goal of transferring sustainable Chinese tea making culture & knowledge to the Indigenous communities of the Macchu Picchu sanctuary.

I believe deeply in the power of education and am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge and perspective, which is why I enrolled in Columbia University’s Strategic Communications Master program. It is our common goal to take action to work together to solve global issues and create a shared future for mankind. I believe that each of us can be a positive force to empower, to dream big, to give back, and to pay it forward. In other words, I believe it is our shared responsibility to become global citizens.

As a result of her success initiating and organizing the world’s first UN Women Gender Equality and Corporate Social Responsibility International Conference, and the launch of the “HeForShe” global campaign, Chi Chi was invited to speak at a TEDx event, a local gathering where live TED-like talks and performances are shared with the community.
